A hospitality industry executive and entrepreneur.  Mr. Patel earned his undergraduate degree from Vassar College and his masters from New York University.  After graduating from college he worked at American Express while investing in real estate until he made the leap into the hotel business.  As a real estate developer and operator he has been focused on building his hotel and senior living portfolio for over 20 years on the East Coast.  

He is a member of the New Hope-Solebury School Board, an Executive Council member of the Middle Bucks Institute of Technology, Board Member at Ambler Savings Bank, member of the CUMC Community Kitchen, AAHOA Ambassador Mid-East region, and involved in charitable work in Gujarat, India.

He has been in the hospitality industry for over 30 years. Mr. Patel has acquired, developed, managed and sold various properties through out the years and has proven his success with his longevity in a very capricious industry. Before purchasing his first property in 1983, Mr. Patel lived and worked in Toronto, Canada as a Chemist for the Campbell Soup Company. 

The number of properties under his management has multiplied over the years. 

She is responsible for managing IHM's hotel portfolio and team members. She brings IHM's Mission, Vision and core competencies to life in all aspects of her job. Prior to working at IHM she began her corporate career at QTC A Lockheed Martin Company. She grew into various leadership and management roles throughout her 10 year career before going back into the family hotel business. For the past 5 years she's been the Director of Operations for BNS Hospitality in Thomasville, GA. She grew up working, living and breathing hotels since she was a child until she went off to college. The hotel business runs through her veins and her expertise in operations comes from her experience from the ground level up.

Dipali has a Master's degree from Villanova and her Six Sigma background allows her to focus on process improvements and ensure guest satisfaction is achieved by minimizing defects in our service delivery process while optimizing revenue.
 

Based out of the White Mountains Region of New Hampshire, where tourism drives the local economy, Ryann is no stranger to the hospitality and tourism industry. Ryann has spent the last 10 years running her own bookkeeping firm. Prior to working in finance Ryann worked in all aspect of hotel operation as she rose through the ranks

With over 20 years experience in the hotel industry, Marjorie has held all major positions available at a limited service hotel. She is a seasoned hotel veteran who has risen through the ranks, consummate professional, and admired by all her peers. She now focusses on managing sales and hotel revenue and optimizing expenses across the board.

With over 10 years experience in the hotel industry, Harry has worked as a general manager for a number of years before rising to his current role.  He has successfully lead multimillion dollar renovation projects and handles the challenges of construction with ease.  He is solution minded and involves input from key stakeholders to make timely decisions. As someone who visits the hotels frequently he always has a pulse on the business and focuses on delighting the guest with strong facilities management.
